![]() 1994 model according to the licence plate. Wikipedia says that the UK Granada was renamed to Scorpio in 1994, but I do not know if it is for the last year of the mk1 or for the mk2. And since this is in Ireland, was the Scorpio also called Granada there? |

Yes, 1994 was the last year of the MkI series (restyled around 1990), then they redesigned the car with the (ugly) almost round headlights, and even worse bodywork in the rear (imho). About the names ... :? |

Number plate's fake - registered to a Peugeot 306. So it's very likely a much older car (judging by what I've found with most the other cars). |

They were originally called the Granada Scorpio here and in the UK. I can't remember if one of those names was dropped at some stage. The following model (the fugly one ![]() I think Fords here are generally identical to what's available in the UK, except there is a much smaller selection here (like with most cars). |
