1955 Hudson Hollywood Hardtop, but I can't say if it's a Hornet Custom or a Wasp Custom. Hornet Custom or Wasp Custom is the name of the series, Hollywood Hardtop the name of the model. The other car, black and white, is another Hudson. |

Unless it was broken during the 'action' (haven't seen the movie), they have removed the rear view mirror in this shot (it is in all the other photos) to see more of the road? |

This car appears to be a 1955 Hollywood hardtop, but it has some extra tail fin...it is in another heading on here, too, with a better profile pic. There you can tell that it is a Wasp, not a Hornet, by the length of the name at the leading edge of the front fender and by the space between the leading edge of the front door and the wheel well. That is the most obvious difference between Hornet and Wasp. Sure is a pretty car. Can someone guide me to that other place that this car is featured on here? |

I'm inclined to agree with 55 hornet's analysis. Changing listing to Wasp. -- Last edit: 2012-06-26 19:40:39 |
