Just recently I've read, that it's unthinkable for Americans to eat horse meat. This was new for me Well, the original http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sauerbraten was made with horse-meat. The classic horse-butchers here are mainly disappeared, but some are still existing, especially here in Westphalia, where a lot of horse-breeders and -farms are being active. |
