LPK-5808 GM Chevrolet Vectra Expression Cor: Vermelha - Ano: 2009 Chapecó - SC 2009 was a mid-year change for the fascia. There are both models (old grille & new grille) as 2009 by running plates. |

Notice that even if this was called Vectra, actually is an Astra H, so I think that would be the right letter here ![]() |

The Sedan was not an Astra H? I believe that was only the hatch. From researching it says that the sedan was based on the Zafira platform. It used exterior styling cues from the German Astra. https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_Vectra Seems the Hatch was built on the Epsilon platform and the Sedan used a modified [GM-T] platform (that is what the Zafira used). |

Effectively, since the Sedan used the GM-T, maybe would be misleading to call them H ![]() -- Last edit: 2020-08-07 22:52:57 |

I understand you. This article does indeed label A,B & C: https://www.noticiasautomotivas.com.br/vectra/ I think Brazil used a modified Zafira B platform. The Zafira A used the GM-T platform. I know the Zafira B was not sold there but that doesn't mean it was not used. |

A bit of confusion: Astra H and Zafira B both use Delta platform, not Epsilon ![]() https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/GM_Delta_platform So, in the end they all use the same platform, so if European Astra H Sedan are labeled H, also Brazilian Vectra Sedan should, IMO Edit: I read that nice article you linked and it clearly talks about Vectra C, so forget it, maybe more accurate to leave in this way only for BR models since they followed a separate pattern.. -- Last edit: 2020-08-07 23:40:10 |
