This truck was a 1976 Peterbilt 359 that was brand new at the time of filming (Some of the film was actually filmed in 1976) that famous football player Joe Klecko would of actually bought after filming had completed alot of people actually thought that it was the yellow and cream 1973 Kenworth W-900 A that famous football player Joe Klecko would of actually bought after filming had completed, But, It was actually this 1976 Peterbilt 359 that famous football player Joe Klecko would of actually bought after filming had completed Joe actually liked to update his trucks every three years and would of eventually traded in this 1976 Peterbilt 359 in on the blue & white 1979 Peterbilt 359 that he was seen driving during the bridge scene in Smokey and the Bandit II which also would of been a brand new truck at the time Smokey and the Bandit II was being filmed It also believed that he would of ended up selling the blue & white 1979 Peterbilt 359 that he was seen driving during the bridge scene in Smokey and the Bandit II in 1982 and would of ended up buying the 1982 Peterbilt 359 that Snowman was briefly seen driving in Smokey and the Bandit III in which he still owns to this day from what has been said for years |
