there is a vintage BRUMM model in scale 1:43 : identical looks despite additional headlights integrated called LANCIA Aurelia B20 Coupé HP80 2 litre 6 cyl. 1951 strange thing, can´t find Aurelia without this headlights between grille and mainlights maybe very early Coupé version without extra lights like berline -- Last edit: 2012-06-16 13:30:06 |

The only reference I can find for these without second pair of lights is a few (less than 20??) S2 Da Corsa lightweights built in small batches by Lancia in 52-53 with aluminium body (first 2 batches, then reverted to steel), lower roofline, Plexiglass windows, 4 carbs (early batches; last batch had 2500 engine wirh 3 carbs), bootlid and some interior trim deleted. Some were raced, but seems a few were road use only, plus a few normal GTs were made into lookalikes by eager owners. This looks like a backcloth projection - from a promo film?? - rather than real sequence. |
