Best match for wheels, arches, grille, mirrors is probably ordinary 1991 Rover Mini Cooper (not S), so UK built well after NZ Mini assembly stopped. Only problem is none of the 3 have 1985+ wing indicators, but that could be part of the disguise (perhaps one was older, so they removed them on the others?).
