ath20wj ◊ 2012-07-14 02:50	THAT is an usual looking license plate. The stickers that say "DEC" and the blue one should be at the bottom on either side of the county sticker "HAMMOND". (Which Im not sure is a real county?) and the word "Georgia" should be at the very top. The two stickers at the bottom, one says the month of birth, and the other has the year on it to show you paid the yearly tax.
