It is a N 416 1987 model This bus looks like a ex bus of the Vestische Straßenbahnen Link to "www.olafs-fotoseite.de" -- Last edit: 2012-07-09 14:26:17 |

But the N-416 has three rows of intake slots below the windshield, and this one only has two rows. Also does N-416 have the full back radiator? I think it is an old N-4016 instead. |

oh, that could be, sorry The 0 in the Neoplan modelnames means Low-floor, right?, so it would be a early 1990s one. This one also dont has the Auwärter logo at the front only the Neoplan-badge. But is is an ex bus of the Vestische Straßenbahnen, like this one: http://www.olafs-fotoseite.de/00030934.html -- Last edit: 2012-07-09 17:39:56 |

For sure it is, the advertise from a company in Dorsten is annother hint. The Vestische Straßenbahnen aren't monopolistic here, some buses are from /vehicle.php?id=230548 and sometimes from http://www.pm-reisen.de/fuhrpark.html Very advantageous, the photos. The best and newest of their fleet. They have several wrecks, too - the worst of them were used as school buses, of for the football fans for away plays. Last week I had their worst Mercedes O405 in front of me. A terrible stinking clunker with filler paste smeared everywhere. Well, many other countries have special safety regulations for school buses. Germany not. They have to have these signs Link to "www.wolkdirekt.com" inside or outside, that's all. |

Some School-buses here are really old scrap ones especially the O 405s, MAN NL202, or these Neoplans arnt safe enough for todys standards. But there are some companys in my region which do their schoolbus-drives in quiet modern Setra S 415 NF (like this one: /vehicle_247880-Setra-S-415-NF-2008.html), with have modern EURO 5-engines and modern safety standarts. -- Last edit: 2012-07-09 21:43:58 |

Das ist kein Setra, sondern ein 1995-1999 Neoplan N 316/3 SHD Transliner. Aber trotzdem schade. -- Last edit: 2012-07-10 13:16:28 |
