2005-2006 Tahoe PPV (Police Pursuit Vehicle). The chrome grille is non-standard for a PPV and must have been added after for whatever reason. |

Could it just be a modified tahoe? |

It's a PPV. The only thing modified about it, on the outside anyhow, is the grille, which is not supposed to be chrome on the PPV models. |
