Strange plates - the font doesn't match up at all with the film's plates, and the two-part construction is odd in its own right.

 I think the number plate is just a paper sheet (printed in a British number plate font) pasted over a different plate. Perhaps the original plates were left behind or destroyed in Turkey when filming finished.

 @robi: You suggested 2011.
robi wrote 2007+ due to "Land Rover" script, but most probably MY 2011 due to product placement.

It's a white aluminum sheet over black.
