 Agreed. Main pic was misleading, as it practically only showed the front end and nothing else; hence why I made my initial statement above. The new thumbs definitely point towards a Tekkamen or the likes of it rather than an R34...

 I guess that red car body is actually american because it has side markers on the rear bumper. Something from the late 80s to mid 90s like Chevy Beretta or Pontiac Grand Prix of that era. But I think the latter one than Beretta.

After a short talk with the shop owner, the car is actually a Mazda MX-6, one of their early works
Here's the post about the car that was spotted
