 Has the car been inserted into the shot? The shadow looks a bit odd.

 I think the insertion might be the signage and other road furniture. I can't see how that sign relates to a slip road curving off to the right, the crash barriers look wrong for UK and are too short, and the elevated road edge would not be used on a UK A road, even if freshly surfaced. So I think this is somewhere foreign with CGI or other witchcraft.

 @kudos: dsl is right, the location is in Canada and the sign, not the car, was added digitally. They nicked the sign from Google Strretview, and tore-40 found it.

Last week I got a little shock on the pedestrian zone in the next town. Scuffling my way, suddenly I had a 2m high banner standing before my eyes. In gaudy red letters was written "DSL"
