The early Flxible Metros from 1983 to 1985 have a black band under the side windows. The other bus on the link is the same, just that it was produced without the band under the windows. |

Hello this is an older Metro, The Metro was made from 1983-1995, before that the Flxible Corp made the 870, when they were owned by Grumman. This bus actually belongs to the Chicagoland Historical Bus Museum www.chbmbus.org. You can tell it's an older Metro because of the smaller driver window, the newer ones had a tall driver's window. |

It's a 1990 Flxible 40102-6T, originally St. Louis Bi-State Development Agency #9004, later Rock Island MetroLINK #9013. It is no longer owned by the Chicagoland Historical Bus Museum. |
