Miss Scarlet seems like a decadent sort who goes for what she wants, so I'm surprised she doesn't have something newer. But perhaps, given the nature of how she makes her money, she judges it wise to keep a lower profile. There's also a chance she lives at her place of business and doesn't use her car very often.
