I would say it's a Lancia Aurelia B20 and with this rear end it's a 1952/53 2nd series with the plain bumpers without overriders. |

The two-tone paint is very odd. I suspect a coach builder edition of a 1400 Fiat (possibly by Pininfarina) inspired by the Aurelia coupé |

The Aurelia B20 had six series. The one on the link is a 6th series car with its doors with quarterlights and the rear end that was introduced with the 3rd series. The first two series had a different rear end as can be seen on this pic of a 2nd series B20: http://www.velocetoday.com/lancia-aurelia-b20-an-appreciation-pi/ |

I think 1st or 2nd series. |
