Just curious; how can you see it's a Volvo and not for instance a DAF Link to "www.flickr.com" or a Dennis http://www.flickr.com/photos/fido100/5078883217/ ? |

The reason for my question was that I couldn't see the front wheel. However in this link /vehicle_552503-Mercedes-Benz-Sprinter-W906-2008.html I can. Volvo wheels is recognizable as they have a "ring" along the bolts. This one have, thus a Volvo. |

But it Can be a East Lancs Myllennium Lolyne built on DENNIS. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Lancs_Myllennium_Lolyne Or a East Lancs Myllennium Lowlander built on DAF. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Lancs_Myllennium_Lowlander Same body but we can not know for sure what´s underneath. ![]() |

@ jonas a: Nice to see you again! I've always thaught these wheels could identify it as a Volvo, but obviously http://www.flickr.com/photos/35114850@N08/8115651916/in/pool-724682@N24 it can't. It seems that several bus maunufacturers use the same bolt pattern, which isn't strange when I'm thinking of it as there're not many subcontractors left. Everything is multi national. kudos identfied as a bus of Go-Ahead London General. Anyone knows if they're using any other manufacturers than Volvo? |

Sorry for the delay! The East Lancs 'Myllennium' style of bodywork was applied to the Volvo B7TL (as Myllennium Vyking), Dennis Trident 2 (as Myllennium Lolyne) and VDL DB250 (as Myllennium Lowlander). Go-Ahead London General have a history of operating Volvo double-deckers, and currently operate the Volvo B7TL / Myllennium Vyking, but not the VDL DB250 or Dennis Trident. Hope this helps! |

Close inspection identifies it as Carousel Buses (of High Wycombe) EVL6 (PNOXCK), a 2009 Volvo B7TL/East Lancs Myllennium Viking new to London General as EVL26. There's a brief shot of the fleet number and a flash of the Carousel fleetname on the front. |
