By the shape of the bumper I would say it's a 1982+ ( introduced November 1981 ) H.P.Executive. |

I always think of these as just HPE (of which we only have 1) instead of H.P.Executive (5 including this one). Did the name vary between markets, or can we just lump them all together under one name? Am fairly sure HPE was the only name used in UK. |

HPE should be correct. I cannot remember, that the term "Executive" was used for this car. Wiki also says HPE: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lancia_Beta#Spider_und_HPE |
