 1969 EAS - #69 was Jaswinder Shandy/N A Nazir, retired. Mk1 LC with this bodywork produced Oct 64 - Aug 66 - this might well be an ex-works or semi-works team car from 66 or 67 from livery (65 only used GTs, 68+ used Mk2).
