dsl ◊ 2012-10-17 20:37	No trace on check sites for MG 7423. Interesting fact - although MG xxxx is listed as Middlesex series starting March 1930 and finishing March 49, the small print says MG 1-8000 was issued irregularly through the MG Car Company (which was based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire), and that MG 8901-9999 was allocated to Government departments. No info for MG 8001-8900.
dsl ◊ 2013-01-30 20:28	Found a reference that MG 6938 was a 1946 TC, so 46+ here. Also this suggestion of 1947 for 7423 http://www.gitsolsson.se/MG%20-%20Bilar/MG%20TC.htm . From this photo and the link it looks as if it may well be outside UK now, perhaps in US??
