I agree it seems to have it (and the upper one that goes along the body is missing) but the shape of the rear badge looks the conventional Fiat 125 one... |

And I agree that shape of the badge looks strange, but it seems to be somewhat modified IMO - it is too close to the right taillight. The vent in C-pillar is of the 1969 (MY) type though. |

Yes, it looks the bigger one. |

lower side trim is of a 125 S. Late standard 125 after November 1970 gained the larger C pillar louvers but still had the old side trim at the same level of the doors handles. So this is a 1969 Fiat 125 S with a strange rear script. |

electra225 - are you sure that it was November 1970? I bet it would be already the 2nd series, facelifted 125. I really tried hard to find any pic of European(!) standard/basic Fiat 125 with higher side strips and bigger C-pillar vents, but I can't. Italian Wiki says that production of "basic" 125 ended in 1969, on the other hand one ca 1970/71 Euro-brochure indeed mentions 2 versions of 125 - "125" and "125 Special". My question is - were there really any 1st series 125 with higher side strips and bigger C-pillar vents? Answer will decide about the future of this poor little car -> /vehicle_1383303-Polski-Fiat-125p-115C-1973.html ![]() -- Last edit: 2020-05-06 17:07:07 |
