Renz203 ◊ 2024-05-15 09:31	This should be changed to a Lexus IS200, because it's in left-hand drive. That logic doesn't make any sense at all if this was still listed as an Altezza. Used Japanese car imports in the Philippines had already thrived on the market by 2003 to some degree. But it wouldn't make sense for workshops around the freeport zones to convert something "alien" when they're used to work around on SUVs, trucks, vans, and MPVs, the majority of which have their local counterparts. (e.g. Isuzu Bighorn - Trooper, Nissan Homy - Urvan, Toyota Vitz - Echo, etc.) Plus, this article below proves that grey importers had been selling new Lexus products prior to the official introduction of the Lexus brand locally in 2009.
