It's full-size, so it's an Electra. |

And the 1985 Electra wasn't a full size RWD car anymore... This car is a 1981-84 Buick Electra Limited |

Roll Bars visible, annoying for a car chase... |

This is a 80-83 Electra, B-Body. I have a 83 Electra Limited 4door. I know the style.`=O) |

It can't be a 1980, the 1980 model still had "portholes" on it's front fenders. The 1981 and newer Electra models (except the Park Avenue) didn't have them. |

The Electra's between 1980 and 1983 are built in three different styles. Park Avenue, Limited and Estate Wagon. The model on the photo is exactly a ELECTRA LIMITED! The door guards are a little lower mounted than the P.A. door guards. The P.A. has some air holes in the mouldings on the front fenders. The lower chrome mouldings under the doors are higher and from the front fender and till to the rear fenders. On the LIMITED are the chrome moldings just under the doors, but not inclusive the fenders. Regards, Markus |

Clearly visible roll bar and saftey gear. If they had tinted the windows, nobody would have known. |
