I know these are really just details, but the "L" in "Leichter" should be an "l", because adjectives don't have capital letters in German and the "T" in "1T" should be a "t", because it refers to the weight of one ton. |

I used it like many other times here, as the beginning of a sentence, hence the capital L. But if it really does schock you — as, for a very good reason, shocks me "Camionnette Bâchée" — well, I can make it a "l". Oh, about "T" for "t": isn't it "Ton" in German, and not "ton"? -- Last edit: 2015-04-09 15:54:48 |

It does not shock me, don't worry, it's more for the accuracy ![]() Yes, it's Ton, but the designation for metric tons usually is "t" - it's an international unit, the "t" most probably comes from the English language. -- Last edit: 2015-04-09 16:06:11 |

here it is not really the beginning, since it follows the model name ![]() Others were listed as "l. Zgkw. 1t" anyway. And indeed German case style may seem strange, as we are used either to have a lot of capitals in English or nearly none in French -- Last edit: 2015-04-09 16:38:37 |
