It's a 53. ^See pages 213 & 218 in the Dammann book to see the difference in how on the 54 models the rear window wraps around the back. |

R/C Crankshaft is located at 3400 Union Pacific Avenue in an industrial area of Los Angeles. Google's streetview of this area is dated March 2009, at which time 3406 (the blue building the Chevy is parked in front of) was green with no signage. More Googling suggests "&F Customs" may be Tony's Body & Fender. |
