Actually, since this is a Japanese movie, there is a very high chance that this is a Mitsubishi Henry J, one of the first passenger cars made by them, following in the footsteps of Nissan with the Austin A40, Isuzu with the Hillman Minx, and Hino with the Renault 4CV.
