 a bit strange. as a Special for quad headlight it should have C-pillar air scoop. It doesn't look as a series I Special which did not have them.

 My first reaction was S1 Special but was unsure of pillar vents. Film date too early for any UK Lada.

 Looking closely at the thumbnail, I would say it's a 1969/70 124 S.
