Arte's programming is always dubbed in French or German, unwatchable for me.

 last time it was broadcasted 15.11.12, when arte made public the release of DVD,
so maybe i was to nervos, making snapshots, simply missing that pic,
maybe next time, cable provider offers 3sat HD but not arte, yet.

? Via satellite I can get Arte HD for free, like most German channels. (that I don't watch :D )
