The intermediate wheelbase and the vertical reinforcement bar in front of the rear wheel arch indicate a ¾-ton model: a 1947-48 Thriftmaster or a 1949+ 3600, both with the 3604 model code. If I'm not mistaken, this pickup has the 1951+ vent window, making it a 1951-53 3600.
