 Being an US car, the numberplate light on the bumper identify an older one (the W111 250 SE models I saw had already two vertically-positioned ones on each side of the numberplate). So - and since it doesn't seem to have the 300 SE chrome trim - it's most probably a 1962+ 220 SE Convertible (W111).
