1750 Berlina 1968 |
◊ 2006-10-12 12:01 |
The one that I added above is probably the same (same color, same wheels). I'll keep the other one separated until we are sure. |

Not a 1968 1750 Berlina (front turning lights are on the body, not on the bumper). So it's a 1970/71 1750 Berlina Mk.II or 1971+ 2000 Berlina. Need to see the front headlights more in detail, or the defroster grid on the rear windscreen, or a less fuzzy view of the rear panel (chrome logo 2000/1750 right hand side of the plate), to confirm. -- Last edit: 2006-10-12 12:37:19 |

The car is A 1971-1976 Alfa Romeo 2000 Berlina(styled by Bertone,as says front left fender side"disegno bertone"small tag);the 2000 was an upgraded replacement of 1968 1750 Berlina,so when was launched the 2000,automatically the 1750 was put out of production;right, back logo was a smaller cross-and snake Alfa's circle badge, followed by "2000" writing, shown digits canted on right side and tied together by an amid metal thin stripe |

Thanks. But based on the pics at our disposal, I cannot say for sure it's a 2000. Need more visual info to ID the car from the pic (possibly from Antoine). -- Last edit: 2006-10-12 13:22:14 |

I'll check if headlights are visible |

I once owned a 1750 Berlina and then a 2000 Berlina afterwards. Funnily enough, the 1750 went better than the 2000. |

When in Italy the 1750 was marketed in carburetted-fed version--Weber or Solex--in USA the same car was sold only with SPICA electric injection pump, for reason of environmental pollution requested on yankees'market |

Actually 1st thumbnail is the best view of headlights... |

To Antoine: Maybe if you zoom on the rear windscreen... Defrost grid ==> 2000, no defrost grid ==> 1750. -- Last edit: 2006-10-12 21:59:52 |

You can zoom the picture on your PC like I could zoom in the movie ![]() |

I did it already, but it did not help a lot. Based on what I assume from what I "see", let's say it's a 1971+ Alfa Romeo 2000 Berlina, 60% sure. |

When the car is close and then when it is in front of the open part of the warehouse it looks like it has no "defrost grid" (on parle bien du truc de chauffage sur la vitre arrière ?), but it is hard to say. |
◊ 2006-10-12 23:50 |
On parle bien de la lunette arrière dégivrante, yes. |
◊ 2006-10-14 11:06 |
Ça serait une 1750 alors, non ? |
◊ 2006-11-28 11:19 |
Peut-être... |
◊ 2006-11-28 11:39 |
Et le "105.12" devient quoi alors ? 105.48 comme les deux autres je suppose... -- Last edit: 2006-11-28 11:40:42 |

Yes.
-- Last edit: 2006-11-28 18:18:19 |

The specific rear lights and the chromed wheel centres showing the wheel nuts identify it as a '71> 2000 Berlina. 1750 Berlinas (1a and 2a series) have different rear lights and the wheel nuts are covered by the hubcaps (chromed with a black plastic ring near the extremity). -- Last edit: 2007-01-03 03:44:27 |
