About 4 years ago Studiourile Buftea (Romania's biggest film studio) posted behind the scenes photos of this movie on their facebook page, which showcase this cabriolet in great detail. One of the more interesting shots - interior. Unfortunately this doesn't lead to anything obvious, especially when this might just be another case of bastardised creation. As pointed out in the comment section of that fb gallery, the steering wheel is apparently taken from Lincoln Continental (c. 1946/47), the dashboard is from 1953 Buick (not sure, but perhaps, after some modifications), it's got fake supercharger, the entire rear section was supposedly redesigned to resemble 1930s streamlined car etc Another commentator mentioned that some user on volganeagra (Romania's automotive history blog) stated that this is a Salmson S4-61 Cabriolet (1950) brought from France specially for filming, with a special bodywork, albeit the coachbuilder is unknown.
