all of these pics were supposedly set in England, hence the underground sign..unfortunately because the film was US made, all the cars are either American or imported, thats why they are all left hand drive and have no number plates. |

This is actually Dick Jackson's custom '57 Thunderbird that he built in the late 50's while working at George Barris' shop. The curve in the gold paint stripe is unmistakable on the front fender, and the gleam of the lake pipes can be seem along the rocker panel. http://www.kustomrama.com/index.php?title=Dick_Jackson%27s_1957_Ford The car to the far right with the door open is Bob Metz' custom 1950 Buick Sedanette. http://www.kustomrama.com/index.php?title=Bob_Metz'_1950_Buick -- Last edit: 2009-09-05 06:48:15 |

I'll buy 1750GTY's story about the Thunderbird. Comments? |

All those background cars were loaned by George Barris, kudos for IDing those two cars. I think the '58 T-Bird is LArry Watson's car as seen here: http://www.kustomrama.com/index.php?title=Larry_Watson%27s_1958_Ford |
