Could be imported by Australia(was built by Rover Australia Ltd.,a Rover-PSA-Honda joint-venture),but they had assembled the Saloon, not the Wagon;another hypotesis could be South-African made by Sigma Motor Corporation(a PSA-Mazda-Mitsubishi-Chrysler joint venture),but also they had built the Saloon, not the Wagon(drive hand matches here, being RHD as in Thailandia)

IIRC the helicopter scenes were filmed on a backlot in England, so this Peugeot was probably made in France.

It was not made in Thailand like all the bike chase?

All scenes involving the helicopter (the jump, the crowd, the final showdown etc.) were filmed in the UK.

Please change:

Since this is filmed in the UK, it's a 505 Estate, not Break.
