In Japan, that car was called Sigma. The Diamante had no third side window. And in Australia, it was called either Sigma or Verada depebding of the engine and equipment. But this one is a Hong Kong version, and I have no idea what it was called there... |

Just to be even more confusing, it could have been imported secondhand from Japan. After four (I think) years, cars in Japan face an expensive roadworthiness inspection. Many people buy new cars at that point and sell the old ones to dealers who export them. |

In Australia we only had the Sigma until the 80s, after that they were Magna's or Verada's. |
