No trace of MSJ 203P on check sites, but it was a genuine issue April-May 76 in Ayr (surprising source for a Manchester area police car??) and this one has 74+ vinyl pillars, so might be genuine (with or without police identity).
Sandie ◊ 2013-06-07 19:15	Door mounted mirrors would mean 1978, but these could have been changed subsequently. To be honest I'd go with the plate date. Bearing in mind it would be eight years old at time of filming it could be a de-commissioned car and they were more likely to be used for rural policing somewhere like Ayrshire.
