 I saw some behind the scenes videos with crashes. I'm not going to say which cars crash because of spoilers, but I have seen four different cars flipping over.

It is, but the P1-replica (a buggy-kind of thing), cost about 150.000$, so it wasn't really a cheap car, just a lot cheaper than a real one.
And McLaren probably didn't let them crash such a rare car for real.
