je pense à une MG B environs 1964 (la blanche)... Mais sous Daimler je suppose que vous cherchez la noire à droite... aucune idée -- Last edit: 2006-10-18 10:46:32 |

Daimler Conquest Century drophead coupe. It is rare, only 234 were built! |

Ithink it is not a Daimler Conquest Century but a more rare Regency Sedan |

Definitely a Daimler Conquest DHC. NOT a Century. As stated, 234 built. |

So it still can be seen as a "Docker-Daimler"? |

Only built in 1954 and 1955. The Mk2 versions of the range were announced in the autumn of 1955 for the 1956 season. The saloons (Conquest & Conquest "Century"), were updated to Mk2 specification, and a new model, a "New"drophead coupé (DJ254/5) joined the range. This new model was fitted with wind-up windows and a sideways-facing single rear seat, and was seen as a replacement for the existing Conquest DHC (as pictured), and also the Conquest Roadster first introduced in 1953. |

^ Useful clarity for a confusing minefield of unclear book references. So this 54-55 first version DHC should be [DJ252/3] (as one listing I've got)?? |

Yes, DJ252 (RHD) or DJ253 (LHD). |
