Introduced in 2007. There were two different Family models running alongside each other, i know i looked it up a long time ago and forgot the reasoning for it. This one got eventually renamed as Happin |

Alrighty, so I managed to look into it one again just now. The car launched in March 2007 as Family. Press reported the name "福美来心动版" (Google translate: Familia Heartbeat Edition), but there was just the Family badge on the back end, then the chinese characters of the manufacturer, and a regular looking engine/trim combo (1.6 GL/GLX/GLS)... Another car, with the same set of badgings but somewhat modified looks was already introduced in 2006, underwent a facelift in 2008 and went out of production in 2010, while retaining the name and sharing some, but not all, of the trim levels. I found another article from October the same year, and the car is reportedly already renamed to Happin at that point in time - with no visual differences to differentiate the two. I dont really know how to resolve this, it will be up to the admins. It further concerns these 3 other listings: /vehicle_956411-Haima-Family-2007.html /vehicle_478022-Haima-Happin-HMC7160-2007.html /vehicle_433776-Haima-Happin-HMC7160-2007.html |
