I have absolutely no idea about this car as US or CDN, but there is a logic to it being CDN export due to reduced trade tariffs between Commonwealth territories, so a pricing advantage and especially for budget models. I'm fairly sure that the mighty GM would have had some defined protocols between US and CDN to define what external markets CDN were allowed to try. |
