495man ◊ 2013-07-05 02:42	First gen Neon (95-99) were Dodge or Plymouth in Canada, so it's NOT a Chrysler Neon It's a sedan. If it is a 99 it appears to have the "Sport" wheel covers despite not having a spoiler (standard on "Sport")
