Was the Simca 1501 rare enough in Poland, that that one in the background deserves to be listed? |

P.S. How probable is it, that it's a Western tourist? Had they fill up fuel together with the Czech citizens or existed in CZ a two-class society as in the DDR. Premium class people -Western citizens and people, who hold Western currency- had own shop, for buying Western goods for Western money. Yes, I know about the TUZEX-shops in Czechoslovakia, but thad they also ruled gas stations, as the INTERTANK in the DDR? ![]() -- Last edit: 2013-07-05 20:04:08 |

More probably CS citizen, Simca 1301/1501 was widespread in CS...but western tourists filled up their tanks with ordinary CS people, there were only Benzina petrol stations for all people. Moreover the unleaded gas Natural 95 was in some bigger petrol stations to buy since ca 1985 and unlike in GDR, it was sold for CS crowns, not for hard currency. |
