The letters were actually more Silver than White?(Renewal Decal also would be on lower right windshield,BTW) "CM-6590" would've probably been issued about late'68-early'69? (And on a car like this,seldom ever hung 'straight' unless you've drilled two holes in the middle edges??) (FYI:The 'new' plates(1973-82,Green/Black,renewal on plate)came out 1-1-73,replacing these as they expired every month to 12-31-73.
