 Seems to have Fiat 1800 / 2300 taillights. So probably an Italian coachbuilder.

 I'm pretty sure this is Italian coachwork. This may be a very early conversion by Officine Introzzi, but that's only a guess based on similar hearses I've seen, which are alleged to be bodied by Introzzi.
