The car on picture is a 1938 Renault Suprastella cabriolet décapotable ABM 8 type (new name for 38-39 Nerva Grand Sport in fact), manufactured between April and probably November 1938. The 17 inches rim says it can't be a Viva Grand Sport (250 CI straight-6 engine) and the design of the hood clearly indicates a Suprastella (332 CI straight-8 engine).
