dsl ◊ 2013-08-17 13:08	Most UK/European E-Types used stick-on plates on bodywork above grille - eg /vehicle_105153-Jaguar-E-Type-1972.html . Difficult to find an alternative without blocking one of the inlets (engine, air con etc) so probably just as well front plates not used on US cars.

Yes, here exist several cars with them, as MX-5 and E-Types - but not everywhere. In some districts it was never a problem, in other it's absolutely unthinkable to get some. ...federalism...
