Excellent guess Coopey! Could also be a Chevrolet Monza, Pontiac Sunbird, or Olds Starfire. They were all identical from that angle. Numbers favor the Monza. |

The only of these later H-bodies to use that particular two-spoke "sport" steering wheel was the Chevrolet Monza. It was standard in the Monza Spyder, but optional in all other versions (this one definitely doesn't appear to be a Spyder). |
