 Renault Viva Grand Sport. It could be a 1936, 37 or 39 model (in 1938 it didn't have rear wheel spats). Looks like the headlamps ar placed quite high, which would make it a 1939 car.

And we are in a very posh location for this outdoor shooting, which would make the year models quite frequent.
