Could this be Westfalia as well? 1973-79 unless someone can narrow down the model year here. Something that ingo needs to take a look at the plate here |

Main is 1973-74. Is the thumb meant to be the same? Yes Westfalia. |

Well, it's something, I'm just try to organize for tonkatracker It's most probable a fake (the seal-stickers are definitely fakes, it looks like the Hessia-seal, not the horse on red ground from Lower Saxony. WOB-V ... was used in the past by the Volkswagen AG for their company- and brochure-cars. But never with 4 ciphers after the "V"-letter. Anyways, any Wolfsburg-resident can try to get a WOB-V ... or WOB-VW ... - but it's quite unlikele to get one, in the town were more than 90% of the cars and vans are Volkswagen-products -- Last edit: 2013-09-06 21:35:15 |

Another thing: the "D" is slightly incorrect. It is boxier: http://www.autowebsite.de/nummernschilder/1.jpg |

Sorry, my mistake. I see now there's a 1974+ roof, looks like 1975+ door. Probably MY1976 (plate is an indication of the year) |

I clearly see the Lower Saxony horse on a red background. |

No, the Lower Saxony-sticker looks nearly full red from this distance. Here is something blue-ish included, which don't belong to the original. |
