Commander 57 ◊ 2013-09-07 16:53	This is a '51 rather than a '50. It is a State Commander per ss gravel shield visible. The only Champions that carried ss shields were the convertibles. (Regals had rubber shields. Champion Customs had no shields.) Despite the blocked view, I believe this is a sedan. Changing from coupe. (Can we get an unobstructed view to be sure?) Note the fender top ornaments standard on State Commanders and Land Cruisers. Commander Regals and all Champions had them optionally only. Note also the ornament style is the type used optionally in 1950 by Champions.
